We understand that every family’s financial situation is unique, which is why we offer flexible payment options for eligible services. If your invoice totals $100 or more, you’ll have the opportunity to request a payment arrangement during enrollment or anytime you're working with us—because access to quality learning should never be limited by cost. 

Certain services require a non-refundable service deposit to help cover essential administrative and operational costs. These may include:

• Research and development of customized educational programs

• Student account setup for digital learning platforms or educational products

• Preparation and distribution of learning aids or materials

This deposit ensures we can begin planning and allocating resources for your learner’s success right away. It also helps us maintain the quality and reliability of our services. Full details are outlined in our Service Agreement and Payment Policy.

We offer both virtual and in-person tutoring options to meet the needs of your family:

• Virtual Tutoring
  Sessions are conducted online via Microsoft Teams, providing flexible access to high-quality instruction from anywhere.
  
  

• In-Person Tutoring
  Face-to-face sessions may take place at our company premises or at pre-approved locations, depending on availability and service type.

Tutoring sessions are available during the following times:

• Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Central Time)

• Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Central Time)

All available time slots are shown in Central Time (CT) on our booking page. If you're located in a different time zone, please adjust accordingly when booking. This helps ensure your session is scheduled at the correct time for both you and your tutor.

To get started, simply complete our Interest Form. Once submitted, our support team will reach out to begin the enrollment process and help you select the best tutoring plan for your child.

We’ll guide you through scheduling, payment options, and any materials needed for your first session. All available time slots are shown in Central Time (CT).

Our Career Exploration class is offered exclusively during the summer. This seasonal program is designed to give high school juniors and seniors time and space to explore future career paths while school is out.

Enrollment opens in the spring, and space is limited—so we encourage families to sign up early!

Our inventory includes:

Shipping times vary depending on the supplier’s location and the shipping method selected:

• Domestic Orders: Typically arrive within 5–10 business days

• International Orders: May take 8–15 business days or longer

You’ll receive estimated delivery details at checkout or via email once your order is confirmed. If your order includes items from multiple suppliers, they may ship separately with different delivery timelines.

Free shipping is available on orders over $50.00, unless otherwise noted at checkout. Please note, shipping fees and promotions may vary by platform (e.g., Shopify, eBay, Facebook Marketplace), and will be clearly displayed during checkout.

ABLE4KiDs fulfills orders within the United States only.

While some products may be shipped from international suppliers, all orders must be placed and delivered to U.S. addresses. This allows us to maintain reliable delivery times and ensure product quality.

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

✅ Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging

• Return requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days of delivery

🔁 Exchanges

• Available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to inventory

• If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

• In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label or alternative resolution

💳 Refunds

• Processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

• Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method

No returns or exchanges on final sale or clearance items.
